This policy explains what information One Road Automations, operated by Vincent Harris in New York, collects and how it's used.
Information I collect
- What you send me: your name, business name, email, phone number, and project details when you email, call, or text.
- Payment details: when you pay, Stripe collects your payment information and shares your name, email, phone, business name, and payment status with me. I never receive or store your full card number.
- This website: this site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.
How I use it
- To reply to you and deliver your project.
- To send invoices, receipts, and project updates.
- To keep business and tax records.
Sharing
I don't sell your information. I share it only with services needed to run the business, such as Stripe for payments and my email provider, or when the law requires it.
Retention
I keep project and payment records as long as needed for the project and for tax and legal record-keeping.
Your choices
