What does the monthly price cover?

Building the site, hosting it, keeping it secure and backed up, and making your small changes as you need them. On the Lead Tools plans it also covers the software for missed-call texts, review requests, and booking. Your only other costs are your domain name (about $12–$20 a year) and, on Lead Tools plans, text and call usage at cost.

Is there a contract?

A 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel any time after that by email.

Who owns my domain and website?

Your domain is always registered in your name, never mine. While you're on a plan, I host and run the site for you. If you leave, you keep your domain and can buy the website outright for a one-time $450, and I'll hand over the files.

What if I want to leave?

After the 3-month minimum, email me and billing stops at the end of that month. Take the site with you for $450, or let it go and point your domain somewhere else. Your domain is yours either way. See the full cancellation policy.

How long does it take?

Typically 5–7 business days after I receive your logo, photos, and business details.

What do you need from me?

Your logo (if you have one), a few photos of your work, your services, hours, and service area. I write the text. No logo? Add logo design for $150.

Can I make changes later?

Yes, that's what the monthly price is for. Email me new hours, prices, photos, or text and I'll update the site, usually within 2 business days. Bigger projects, like a redesign, are quoted separately.

I'd rather pay once. Can I?

Yes. One-time custom builds start at $1,500 and go onto hosting and a domain in your name, with all the logins handed over. An optional $99/month care plan covers changes after that.
